As we feel into the grounding energy of the Full Supermoon in Taurus illuminating the night sky tomorrow, November 15th, it’s time to lean into the lush, earthy rhythms of slowness, rest, and deeply embodied self-care. As a Supermoon, it appears larger and brighter in the sky, amplifying its effects and bringing heightened awareness to these themes. Taurus asks us to step back, settle in, and take a delicious pause. This moon, known as the Beaver Moon, is calling you to honor yourself, find beauty in stillness, and root deeply into who you are truly meant to be in this world.
The Taurus Full Moon is dripping with sensuality and Earth energy. It’s a perfect time to invite more earthiness into your rituals and daily life, whether through wearing warm, grounded colors like deep greens, browns, or soft creams, or indulging in grounding rituals that bring you closer to your natural state. The energy here is like a gentle nudge from Mother Earth herself, asking us to come back to our bodies, our breath, and the parts of ourselves that long for deep, unapologetic rest. For me, with all the responsibilities of motherhood and life, I wholeheartedly welcome this energy.
Leaning Into Rest, Sensuality, and Embodiment

Practices for Grounding & Self-Nourishment🦋
I invite you to try one or all of the practices below to connect deeply with your body, lean into your sensual energy, and awaken your Inner Vixen.
- Intentional self-pleasure: Carve out some time and create a sensual space to intentionally connect with your body. Take a few deep breaths, closing your eyes as you center yourself. Notice where your body calls for attention, maybe it’s a light touch, a soft press, or a soothing caress, a bounce or a shake. Let your hands move where they feel drawn, honoring each sensation with curiosity, love and reverence. Follow your breath and let any sounds come naturally—whether it’s a sigh, a moan, or a hum, use your voice to release energy and connect with what’s alive in the moment. Allow your turn-on to deepen your connection, letting pleasure guide your movements, your breath, and your presence. Continue to take your time, allowing each sensation to wash over you fully. Follow your body’s natural rhythm, swaying, bouncing, or shaking as you ground into your pleasure. Use this sacred connection as a time to truly slow down and listen to the messages your body is sending you.
- Warm salt bath: Let the warmth, the energy of the water and the qualities of the salt, cleanse your energy and remove what no longer belongs and allow it to release. You can even add dried flowers and herbs and speak affirmations into your water.
- Dance in the moonlight: If you have a space where the moonlight streams in, put on some music and let your body move freely. I have a special room where the moonlight pours in, and after the kids go to sleep, I dance with the moon. No agenda just movement, flow and expression. Sometimes I wear my 6inch heels and dance with my pole and other times, I’m barefoot and naked. If you don’t have direct moonlight, that’s perfectly okay. Her energy is always present; simply feel into it as you let your body move.
- A Moon Date: Go outside and sit under the moon’s light with a cup of cacao or your favorite tea blend. Let the moon’s luminous glow envelope you like a warm, protective blanket, letting her light wash over you, wrapping you in a soothing embrace. In this moment, feel yourself deeply held, as though the moon herself is inviting you to rest, release, and reconnect with your own inner rhythms. This is one of my favorite full moon practices, I call it my date with the moon and it’s a sacred time.
